We strive to deliver quality products that meet our customers’ expectations. Due to the custom and exclusive nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Refund policy. Exchanges will be offered only under specific conditions as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchanges solely in the following cases:

  • Size Issue: If the size differs from what was ordered.
  • Color Issue: If the product color does not match the order.
  • Incorrect Product: If the received item is different from what was ordered.
  • Defective Product: If the item is received with manufacturing defects.

2. Exchange Process

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that:

  • You contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • You provide an unboxing video and clear photos showing the issue as proof.
    Allow us 7 Business day to deliver the Exchanged product 

3. Exchange Conditions

  • Unused Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Issue: An unboxing video and photo evidence are mandatory to validate your claim.
  • Timely Notification: Claims submitted beyond 48 hours of receipt will not be considered for exchange.

4. How to Request an Exchange

Please contact our customer support team with your order number, unboxing video, and photos of the product showing the issue. Upon verification, we will initiate the exchange process.

5. Non-Exchangeable Conditions

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences.
  • Personal dislikes after delivery.
  • Improper handling or usage of the product post-delivery.
